With this report, you are able to hone in on individual end-user interaction details for better end-user understanding.

SMS details: Allows you to track your end-users' interactions with your SMS message flow. You can filter and sort the report according to multiple variables of interest. This report helps you better understand your audience by determining your campaign's significant points of interest according to your users.

Subscription report: This report lets you track all users who have subscribed and unsubscribed from your campaign in the form of raw data and percentage rates. With this report, you can examine all subscription activity for more effective audience analysis.

Carrier breakdown: This report helps you better understand the mobile industry by allowing you to view your end users' carrier type.

Vote summary: For campaigns featuring voting, this report tracks and totals the number of SMS and/or IVR votes for each item, providing you with instant tabulation and results.
