By dialing a vanity number, phone users can access the Web site to Maxim Mobile simply by calling (877) MAXIM-88, and pressing "1" on their touch pad to have their phone automatically send a link to Maxim's URL. Since the July issue's release, viewer traffic for Maxim Mobile has doubled in an advertising push that costs practically nothing to produce.
